Penn State University researches analyzed over 450,000 Web queries and reviewed user’s actions in a 24 hour period. More research into user behavior online will assist marketer’s further target more efficiently. Dr Jim Jansen and Amanda Spink studied the number of pages visited, relevance of search results and the length of the sessions.
